Disability Support Services

NorQuest College students with disabilities can get the support and assistance they need to help them succeed. When you apply for a program at NorQuest College, you are encouraged to provide information about your disability and the type of service you may require. You will then be referred to Learning Support Services (LSS) to ensure that the support and resources you need are in place to help you. Learning Support Services (LSS) offers various services for students with the following disabilities:

Learning
Physical
Sensory (vision or hearing impairment)
Neurological
Chronic health
Mental health

You can benefit from a range of support services, including the following:

Needs assessment
Assistive technology training and access
Academic counselling
Sign language interpreters
Specialized courses
Alternate format material (Braille, large print, digitized text and audio tapes)
Exam accommodations
