Health and Business Careers Immunization Program
Some Health and Business Careers programs have a practicum or clinical placement that may put students at risk for contracting diseases if they do not have the proper immunizations. Practicum employers and Alberta Health Services require that students have specific immunizations to keep both themselves and the public safe.
The Health Services team evaluates student’s immunization history, administers required and recommended vaccines and provides documentation confirming vaccination requirements are complete prior to the beginning of a practicum placement.
For more information or to receive any services, drop in and make an appointment between 8:15 AM and 4:30 PM.
